Electronic Assembly

Job summary:

The Electronic Assembler responsible to prepare and place electronic components within a variety of devices. This is a highly technical, detail-oriented position, requiring extensive familiarity with circuit boards and electronic components as well as soldering and other methods of assembling electronic products.

 

Responsibilities/daily tasks

• Assemble PC boards.

• Inspect components

• Process enhancement and quality assurance

• Inspection

• Attention to detail and communication skill

• Cable Assembly

• Conformal Coating

• Re-work

• Mechanical Assembly

Requirements

• Knowledge and skill in soldering per IPC 610 J-STD 001

• Knowledge and skill in wire harness assembly per IPC 620

• Knowledge and skill in mechanical assembly.

• Read & Interpret drawings

• Circuit board level repairs and soldering skills.

• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• Experience Required.
